The World Academy of Art & Science (WAAS) webinar seeks to advance out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to promote peace and more effectively prevent and resolve conflicts. The second webinar held on 21 October 2024 as part of the WAAS Peace Offensive was devoted to exploring the role which education and research can play for advancing peace and human security, with special emphasis on the potential of AI. This hybrid event was organised in cooperation with the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (EASA). It took place on Zoom and live in Maribor (City Hotel), Slovenia.
