Short Bio:

Sheldon joined Pyramid Brokerage Company through the Pyramid-Berlow Real Estate merger in 2003. Sheldon has a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, actively served as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Air Force, and was the founder and Chairman of Berlow Real Estate from 1971 to 2003. Sheldon’s primary focus is on Retail leasing and sales. Some of his significant transactions to date include: acquiring the Corporate Headquarters for Dunn Tire Corporation, site selection for Lenco Lumber, site selection for the University at Buffalo and various dispositions for the University at Buffalo Foundation.
