CLIMATE SYSTEM GOVERNANCE

Some leading climate scientists who believe that no amount of mitigation will change the course of built-in warming that already poses very serious problems to humanity are advocating various technological interventions to stop global warming by deflecting the sun’s rays or reducing atmospheric CO2. This project will explore political, legal, economic, social, ethical, environmental and technological issues related to climate engineering.
