The roots of terrorism can be traced to the revolution in rising aspirations sweeping the global, spurred by advances in information and communication technology. The growing gap between expectations and opportunities is generating frustration, social tensions, unrest and violence. This project will combine local case studies with a global dialogue in an effort to better understand the relationship between social revolution and social unrest.
