How you can participate
I. Enroll in the e-conference

Fellows of the Academy: WAAS Fellows can view conference proceedings and submit comments in the forum simply by logging in to the WAAS website. To present a paper, participate in an audio-video panel discussion or receive email notification of CEI proceedings, please also check the enrollment options.

Others: The general public is invited to view the conference proceedings without enrolling or logging into the WAAS website. However, if you wish to submit comments present a paper, participate in an audio-video panel discussion or receive email notification of CEI proceedings, please also check the enrollment options.

II. Subscribe to the CEI conference email list

Fellows of the Academy can subscribe here. 

Others can subscribe here.

III. Present a discussion paper or e-video presentation

Enrolled participants are invited to submit discussion papers on any of the topics listed in Seminar Questions & Topics.

To propose other topics, please post your idea in CEI Project Team Forum.

IV. Chair a seminar session or propose a new seminar topic

Please contact the CEI Project Team.

V. Join the Project Coordination Team

Please contact the CEI Project Team.

VI. Nominate or invite other Conference Participants

Fellows and other enrolled participants are encouraged to invite others to participate in the conference, either by writing and asking them to enroll or by sending their names and email addresses to the Project Team. 

VII. Manage your email subscriptions

Please visit your subscription settings here and manage your choice of forums whose activities you would like to be notified of.
